Delivery & Returns

UK MAINLAND

Delivery of purchased items is arranged with you in person by e-mail or phone.

Furniture will be delivered by van.  Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail or similar courier service.

All van deliveries will normally be done within 5 working days from purchase.  Items for courier service will normally be packed and sent the first working day after payment is finalised.

Delivery will be arranged with a 1hour time window. If needed, we will be able to deliver outside normal work hours.

DELIVERY COST UK

Delivery cost to a number of destinations is listed below.  Delivery cost to addresses not specified will be calculated based on proximity to the closest listed destination.

  • £50 - GREATER LONDON - inside M25.                
  • £75 - CANTERBURY/BRIGHTON/SOUTHAMPTON/SWINDON/OXFORD/LUTON/COLCHESTER 
  • £90 - BRISTOL/BOURNEMOUTH/DOVER/IPSWICH/CAMBRIDGE/MILTON KEYNES/CHELTENHAM
  • £110 - BIRMINGHAM/LEICESTER/PETERBOROUGH/NORWICH
  • £140 - EXETER/NOTTINGHAM
  • £180 - LIVERPOOL/MANCHESTER/LEEDS/HULL
  • £250 - NEWCASTLE
  • £300 - GLASGOW/EDINBURGH
  • £350 - ABERDEEN

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will send worldwide upon request. Please write to info@scandesignclassic.com specifying the delivery address and the list of products you want to purchase. We will quote a fixed transport charge within 24 hours. This charge will be added to your order after you have completed your purchase.   

PICKING UP YOURSELF

If you wish to pick up your order, or see to it that your own carrier handles the conveyance, your order may be picked up free of charge at our storage in London. Please contact us to agree on a suitable pick up time.

RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to return parts of or the whole purchase within 14 days without any reason being given.  

The return period is 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party nominated by yourself, takes possession of the order.

Upon return of ordered item(s) in same condition as delivered, we will offer you full refund. If possible, we will arrange to collect the return, or have our transport partners collect on our behalf. 

If you choose to make the return yourself, all related cost has to be covered by yourself.
If we are collecting from you the refund will be less the cost of delivery charges.

Refunds will be made to the original card used to pay the order.

Credit card refunds are subject to charges of 2.5%

All returns must be securely packed in original package or similar to avoid damage during transportation.
